Returns and Refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy:
We are confident that you will love our products as much as we do. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can get a refund within 30 days from the delivery date if the following conditions are met:
- The product is still in its original condition (this means not broken, dirty, chewed, or in any other poor condition that differs from the original delivery).
- The product has not actually been worn (of course, it's okay to try them on).
- Returned items will be sent back in the original boxing and packaging.
Please note that it may take 14 business days for the refund to be received in your bank account. We will refund you the full amount via the original payment method, minus a fee for administration effort, which helps us to cover the return and the shipment of the new item.
You will be required to pay return postage for an item unless it arrives damaged or faulty in which case we will require photographic evidence. Original postage costs will not be refunded unless an item is damaged/faulty.
If you choose to return your item using normal untracked delivery then please ensure you get proof of postage otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.
In addition, products purchased during a special sale such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for the same model in a different size or color.

How to return the product:
1. Send us an email to info@atleash.com with your order number and a short explanation why you would like to return the product.
2. Pack all the returned items and pack them in the original box or another box if you prefer.
3. You will be required to pay return postage for an item unless it arrives damaged or faulty in which case we will require photographic evidence. Original postage costs will not be refunded unless an item is damaged/faulty.
4. Drop off the box at an authorized drop-off location near you.
5. We will refund the items as soon as we receive the package.
Responsibility:
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or a shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there is no tracking number available for your return delivery. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
