Where do you ship from?
We are a proud, Swiss-based brand and all orders are dispatched with love from our living room in Zürich.
Where does Atleash ship to?
We currently ship to Switzerland, Germany, Finnland, Ireland, England, Austria, and other international destinations (USA & UEA).
What are the shipping costs for international orders?
- Within Switzerland (3-5 working days): FREE
- International orders (4-8 working days): FREE
Will I have to pay additional fees at Customs for international orders?
For international orders, customs charges may apply when an item arrives in its destination country. The exact fees depend on the customs threshold set by each country's authorities

Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change an order. However, if the order has not been shipped yet, it is possible to cancel the order. Send us an email as soon as possible to info@atleash.com with the subject: Order cancellation.

Where can I buy Atleash Dog products?
Currently all our products are only available online. During Christmas time we will also sell our products at X-Mas markets in Zurich.
